I did plenty of analysis before getting this netbook, and that i am glad that I went with 1215T. ASUS Eee PC netbook is awesome, its fast, nice sized screen, and contains a nice keyboard. I will browse world wide web whereas using itunes with no issues. I've owned it nearly three weeks currently, and like it. I highly suggest this netbook!

I purchased this netbook specifically for writing. I did not want something super-powered. My primary considerations were battery life, boot time, and keyboard size. Having said that...

Keyboard: i really like the dimensions. i might been viewing thirteen.3-inch laptops however this one was a good compromise. My fingers fly across this keyboard with ease.

Screen: i used to be shocked by the standard of the screen. Nice and bright. Movies look nice on this. The 720P resolution prove nice for writing. there is simply enough space for everything i would like on screen (main text body within the center, list of chapters on the left, and on-line dictionary/thesaurus tools on the right).

Battery Life: Having seen this netbook running Ubuntu, I will say for bound that Ubuntu squeezes a minimum of sixty additional minutes out of the battery, if not 2 hours. However, I still get a solid 5 to 6 hours in Windows seven, and that i haven't dug into services to show off stuff i do not want (except for Indexing).
